Use the sliding switch to select the mode:
0: Off
M: Vibration massage
W: Infrared heat
W + M: Infrared heat with vibration massage
- Allow the infrared heat to warm up for a few minutes before use.
- Always check the temperature with your fingertips before applying to the skin.
- Adjust the rotating massage head and handle angle for comfortable reach, including the back.
- Massage gently using slow, circular movements without applying pressure.
Massage Attachments:
- Brush attachment: Stimulates circulation and provides an intensive skin massage
- Knobbed attachments (2 types): For deep, localized muscle relief and tension after exertion
- Tapered shaped attachment: Targeted deep massage for tight muscles
