1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if all the following conditions are met:
1. The product is unused and in its original packaging.
2. The product, accessories, and manuals are intact and not tampered with.
3. The request is made within the 14-day period from delivery.
Important: Once a product has been used, tampered with, or shows signs of damage not caused by shipping, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This ensures safety, hygiene, and quality for all our customers.
2. Exclusions
Some items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene, safety, or manufacturer restrictions, including but not limited to:
- Used medical devices (thermometers, blood pressure cuffs, nebulizer masks, nasal aspirators, breast pump accessories, etc.)
- Consumables or spare parts (batteries, test strips, silicone tips, filters, etc.)
- Items sold as “final sale” in the product description

- Well-packaged to avoid damage during shipping
- Not tampered with or used
Items failing these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is approved.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
- We will guide you to return the item and ensure a replacement or refund is issued.
- Always retain the original packaging for damaged item claims.
7. Shipping
- Returns and exchanges must be sent via trusted and authorized shipping carriers.
- Medora Life is not responsible for loss or damage during transit if the shipment is not properly packaged.
