  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days during which we verify your payment and quality-check your items.
  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified of any delays.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

3. Delivery Times

  • Delivery time depends on your location within Egypt and the shipping option chosen at checkout.
  • Typical delivery is 3–5 business days for major cities; rural or remote areas may take longer.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, package size, and weight.
  • Customers requesting returns or exchanges are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. Receiving Your Order

  • Inspect the package immediately upon delivery for any visible damage.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, shipping is available within Egypt only.
  • International orders are not supported at this time.

  • Medora Life ensures products are well-packaged and secure for transit.
  • Once the package leaves our warehouse, responsibility for any delay, loss, or damage during shipping is managed jointly with the carrier, and we assist you in resolving any issues.
  • Customers are encouraged to track their shipment for security.
