Quick User Guide
Installing Batteries:
- Open the battery cover and insert 2 x AAA (1.5V)
batteries as indicated.
- Replace both batteries together using the same brand
and type.
- Replace batteries when the low battery icon appears, or the device does not turn on.
- Remove batteries if the device will not be used for
a long time.
- Do not dispose of batteries with household waste.
Applying the Wrist Cuff:
- Remove all watches and jewelry before fitting the wrist monitor.
- Roll up your sleeve — the cuff must be applied directly on bare skin.
- Apply the cuff on the left wrist, palm facing up.
- Ensure the edge of the cuff is approximately 1 cm from the palm.
- Secure the Velcro strap firmly so there is no gap between the cuff and the wrist.
- If your doctor has diagnosed poor circulation in the left arm, apply the cuff to the right wrist.
Correct Measurement Position:
- Place your elbow on a table so the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
- Relax the whole body, especially the area between the elbow and fingers.
- If the cuff cannot be kept at heart level, use a soft support (e.g., a folded towel) to support the arm.
- Turn the palm upward.
- Sit upright on a chair and take 5–6 deep breaths. Do not lean back during measurement.
Measurement Procedure:
- Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before measuring.
- Avoid exercise, caffeine, alcohol, smoking, or eating at least 1 hour before measurement.
- Sit upright with feet flat on the floor; do not talk or move during measurement.
- Apply the cuff to the wrist. Press the ON/OFF/START button to begin.
- All digits light up briefly for display check (2 seconds), then a blinking '0' confirms the device is ready.
- The monitor inflates the cuff to approximately 180 mmHg, and measurement begins automatically.
- Systolic, diastolic, and pulse are displayed simultaneously and saved to memory automatically.
- The device turns off automatically after 1 minute of inactivity.
- Wait 5 minutes before taking another measurement.
Checking Readings (Memory Recall):
- Press the Memory (M) button to recall stored readings.
- The first reading displayed is the average of the last 3 stored measurements.
- Press the Memory button again to scroll through previous readings.
- All readings are displayed with their sequential number.
- To clear all memory, press and hold the Memory button for approximately 5 seconds.
