Takes less than a minute—simply step on the monitor, hold the display unit, and get a complete body composition analysis.

For accurate results, place the monitor on a hard, level surface.

Full Body Composition Measurement

Turn on the monitor.
Wait until "0.0 kg" appears, then remove the display unit.
Select your personal profile.
Step onto the scale and hold the display unit with both hands.
Wait a few seconds for the measurement to complete.
View your body composition results, then turn off the monitor.

Weight Measurement Only

Turn on the monitor.
Wait until "0.0 kg" appears.
Step onto the scale.
Read your weight, step off the scale, and turn off the monitor.
