1. Install 4 AAA batteries or connect the device to a USB Type-C power source.
   
2. Wrap the cuff around the left upper arm, 1.5–2.5 cm above the elbow, and ensure it fits comfortably.
   
3. Sit quietly for 5 minutes with your arm resting at heart level before measuring.
   
4. Press the ON/OFF/START button to begin. The cuff will inflate automatically.
   
5. Read your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate on the display.
   
6. Review your stored readings using the memory function.
