How to Perform a Blood Glucose Test — CONTOUR™PLUS

Get Your Blood Glucose Result in 3 Simple Steps
Step 1 — Insert the Test Strip

Insert the test strip into the meter with the gray square end facing the meter. The meter will turn on automatically.

Step 2 — Apply Your Blood

Immediately apply a blood sample to the test strip.

Step 3 — View Your Result

Your blood glucose result will appear on the display. You can mark the result as fasting, before a meal, after a meal, or without a note.
